Little hotel, clean, employees are great, and location is exceptional close to the bus terminal. The rooms are new-fashioned and spotless plus have essentials you need. The property offers marvellous and absolutely superb breakfast with an omelette, fat ham.

Liked this pet-friendly hotel: fab food and attentive and competent staff. The large king room with a great view, facilities worked for us. The service was very good, we had a delicious breakfast. Our stay there was very good.

We enjoyed a lovely 3-night stay at Hotel Penzance. The bedroom was lovely and the view splendid. The staff were thoroughly excellent and the food quite excellent. We came away for a break from a hectic life and Hotel Penzance delivered in full. We will return. Thank you.
We had a small snag with heating which was not repaired during our stay.

Exceptionally friendly staff, beautiful decor throughout, very comfortable rooms and spotless. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfasts were lush.

Excellent bedrooms and food. Very friendly and helpful staff who took a personal interest in our group. It was a joy to arrive mid afternoon and find afternoon tea laid out in the lounge.with delicious delicious clotted cream and pastries. Breakfast was also av ery enjoyable meal.
The bath was very slippery and needed a bath mat.
